The value of the project is 6.6 million euros, and the completion date is September 2026.
Within this project, ICCO Facility Management is responsible for the development of the technical infrastructure, ensuring the design and execution of the technical building, with a surface area of approximately 7,200 sq m, as well as the technical support necessary for adapting international solutions to European and local requirements and norms applicable in Romania.
The project, already in the execution phase, represents one of the most important recent investments in modern agriculture in Romania and will allow local tomato production throughout the year.
The new greenhouse is designed to integrate advanced climate control technologies and modern operational efficiency solutions, ensuring optimal growing conditions regardless of the season.
