The value of the works is approximately 2 million euros, and the completion date is February 2027.

The ICCO Instal team is participating in the construction of the installations for a new parking level built above the existing five levels of the parking lot. The installation of fire protection systems is being carried out, including air-water sprinkler installations and the dry hydrant network.

Above the new parking level, a modern office building will be built, intended to expand the workspaces within the AFI complex, where the installation of water-to-water sprinkler systems is being carried out, ensuring compliance with fire safety requirements and applicable standards.
