The general contractor of the project is ICCO Facility Management SRL, the company responsible for the full execution of the works.
The new educational unit will include 12 classrooms, arranged on the ground floor and first floor, bright spaces adapted to the needs of preschoolers. The building is designed to integrate sustainable solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, aiming for a high level of energy efficiency. The project also emphasizes accessibility, by integrating tactile markings, Braille signs and threshold-free crossings for children with visual impairments.
The educational concept is complemented by outdoor facilities that include a botanical garden and a sensory garden, spaces designed for learning through exploration, as well as a sports field and play areas.
Currently, the works have reached the interior finishing stage, where the walls and ceilings are being plastered. The electrical installations are approximately 85% complete, and the thermal, sanitary and ventilation installations are approximately 80%. On the exterior, work is underway on installing ventilated facades, applying thermal insulation systems and arranging the sports field and lighting system.
